Ingredients

  • 10 thick sausages
  • 500 gr. mashed potatoes
  • 200 ml. crushed tomato
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a splash of wine
  • pepper
  • oil and salt
  • sugar
  • 200 ml. of bechamel
  • 100 gr. grated cheese

Preparation

  1. We begin by browning the whole sausages in a pan with a little oil, salt and pepper.

  2. When they are ready, we remove them to a plate.

  3. In the same frying pan, lightly fry the julienned onion and the minced garlic

  4. Once tender, add the sliced ​​sausages, a splash of wine and let it evaporate over high heat

  5. When the wine has disappeared, add the tomato and let it reduce the sauce over low heat

  6. We rectify sugar, salt and pepper when the tomato is very concentrated

  7. We should have some sausages with a thick sauce.
