Ingredients

• G strawberries 700
• 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
• The grated peel of 1/2 orange
• The juice of 1 orange
• About 6 basil leaves

Preparation

1. We wash our strawberries, remove the stem and chop them.

2. Pour the brown sugar over them.

3. Grate the skin of half an orange and add it.

4. We also add the orange juice.

5. Mix well and add the chopped basil leaves.

6. We let macerate two or three hours in the refrigerator and we already have our dessert ready.
