Are you having a party this weekend? Surprise your guests with a most original dessert. It does not need an oven and it will not take too long. It is very simple to do, you only need a few eggs of chocolate of those sold in any supermarket (which come empty, without filling), and prepare a rich cheese mousse like the one we're going to show you to do.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 500 gr of Philadelphia type cream cheese
- 100 g of sifted icing sugar
- The juice of half a lemon
- A tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 250 ml of liquid cream
For the egg yolk
- A tablespoon of lemon jam
- A few drops of lemon juice
Preparation
In a bowl, put the cream cheese, the sifted icing sugar, the lemon juice and the vanilla extract. Beat everything with the mixer, until the mixture is smooth and fluffy (it will have taken about 5 minutes to achieve this). Add the liquid cream and continue beating for another 5 minutes until the mousse has been made and is completely smooth.
Separately, prepare the yolk of our special egg by mixing the lemon jam with the lemon juice in a bowl and stirring well until both ingredients have come together.
Once you have the mousse and the egg yolk, place the eggs in a container, the one that is most comfortable for you, it looks great if you place it on an egg cup that you have at home :) And with a small knife and very carefully, remove the top of each of the eggs. Then place the eggs in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Once this time has passed, with the help of a spoon, fill each of the eggs with the mousse until they are completely filled. Finally, put the final icing on it with a little of the mixture that we have prepared for the yolk, and put the eggs back in the fridge for about 20 more minutes before serving them.
