These mushrooms are quite a delight. We really like to show these types of recipes, because they are original and very beautiful to present. We have made a mixture with mushroom, bacon and cream, simulating the classic carbonara, a delicious and juicy combination, where you will like the flavor and touch of smoked bacon. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan and fill them with carbonara, you don't need an oven, or anything else.

Ingredients
- 9 large mushrooms
- 80 g bacon
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 200 ml cream to assemble
- 40 ml of aceite oliva
- Sal Island
- Ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
Preparation
Peel and clean the onion. We prepare Half an onion and chop it very fine.
We put to heat in a frying pan 30 ml of aceite oliva and add the onion.
We cut the bacon in very small pieces. When the onion is soft, add the bacon and let it fry until golden brown.
We add the 200 ml of cream to cook, add salt and pepper to taste and a pinch of nutmeg. We cook until reduce the cream
In a pan add the 10 ml of olive oil. We put it to heat and add the mushrooms. We cook them during 1 minute on each side.
We remove them in a fountain and fill them with the carbonara cream. We decorate them with lamb's lettuce and bread sticks.
