It is the best time to prepare this recipe. We will use reinette apples, for my taste, the best variety if we want to prepare roasted apples. And we are going to fill them with apple pieces, with sugar, cinnamon, raisins and a little butter.

Ingredients
- 5 pippin apples
- 2 tablespoons of cane sugar and a little more
- Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 10 g of butter and a little more for the base of the tray.
- The grated skin of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
We peel one of the apples and cut it into cubes. We put those bits in a bowl or on a plate. Add the sugar, cinnamon, butter, raisins and lemon zest. We mix well.
We wash the other apples well and remove the central part, without actually removing the base.
Prepare a dish suitable for the oven, smearing it with a little butter.
We put the apples, already heartless, in the source. We fill them with the mixture that we made at the beginning, using a spoon. We sprinkle more sugar over the apples.
Bake at 200º for approximately 30 minutes. Here the time is indicative because it will depend on the size of the apples that we use.
