- 1 large zucchini
- 200 g of minced beef
- 1 cup of cheese grated to the 3 cheeses
- 1 cup of homemade tomato sauce without onion
- Half a cup of Philadelphia type cream cheese

Preparation
We started frying the minced meat in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and stir until golden. We set aside.
