- 1 large zucchini
- 200 g of minced beef
- 1 cup of cheese grated to the 3 cheeses
- 1 cup of homemade tomato sauce without onion
- Half a cup of Philadelphia type cream cheese
- 1 egg

Preparation
- We started frying the minced meat in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and stir until golden. We set aside.
- We cut the thinly sliced zucchini in its elongated form. We can do it with the knife or with the help of a mandolin.
- In a large frying pan we add a tablespoon of olive oil and place the zucchini slices so that they brown. We salt them slightly.
- In a bowl we put the cream cheese, half the grated cheese and the egg. We stir well to make a mixture paste.
- We spread the zucchini strips and on one of the edges we will place a portion of the minced meat and another slightly smaller portion of the cheese mixes. We roll the zucchini.
- In a small fountain we pour in the base the tomato sauce and we leave a few tablespoons to pour it on top of each roll.
