An apple tarte tatin that is prepared in a very short time.

Ingredients
- 100 g of butter at room temperature (50 grams for the mold and another 50 for the dough)
- 40 g of whole cane sugar
- 2 apples
- 50 g de azúcar blanquilla
- 1 egg
- 125 g of wheat flour
- 55g milk
- 1 tablespoon Royal type pastry yeast
Preparation
Mix 50 g of soft butter (at room temperature) with the whole cane sugar.
We paint a small mold, about 18 centimeters in diameter, with that mixture. We will paint both the base and the side.
Peel the apples and cut them into wedges. To prevent them from oxidizing, we spray them with a splash of lemon juice. We distribute the apple segments in the bottom of the mold.
In the same bowl in which we have made the mixture of butter and sugar, we put the other 50 g of butter and the 50 g of white sugar. We mix.
We add the egg.
We mix again.
Now add the flour and yeast.
Mix well and add the milk.
We mix with a spoon and we already have our dough made.
Pour this dough into the mold, over the apple.
We distribute the dough so that it is well distributed throughout the mold.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 40 minutes, until the dough is cooked.
Once out of the oven, we unmold our cake. My mold was removable so, once out of the mold, I turned it so that the apple was on the surface.
