Delicious. This is what these are tiramisu balls. They have that name because they are made with ingredients very similar to those used to make this well-known dessert and, of course, because they taste like that.

The secret is to form the balls when the pasta or dough is cold, with moist hands. For the rest, it is a very simple recipe and with which you are sure to succeed.

Ingredients
- 100 g Genoese sponge cake
- 40 g of icing sugar flavored with the grated peel of a tangerine
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 30 g cold coffee
- Bitter cocoa
Preparation
We put the cake, in pieces, in a chopper.
We chop it until we get the result that you see in the photo. We reserve it.
I put the icing sugar, grated tangerine peel and mascarpone without a bowl.
We mix these ingredients.
Little by little we add the coffee and the cake, mixing all the time.
We cover with a film and keep in the refrigerator.
After approximately an hour, we take that mixture out of the refrigerator. With moistened hands we form balls and leave them on a sheet of baking paper.
We coat the balls in bitter cocoa powder.
We keep in the refrigerator.
