Ingredients

  • 4 turkey breasts
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • the juice of 1 lemon or 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • half an onion
  • oil
  • chicken soup
  • shawl
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the pepper and onion.

  2. Now mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, a little olive oil and the vegetables and let the turkey breasts marinate in this sauce for about 6 hours in a covered container.

  3. After this time, drain the breasts, reserving the juice and seal them over high heat in the pan. Then we finish cooking them in the oven together with the honey juice. If we see that they stay dry, we sprinkle them with chicken broth.

  4. When the turkey is ready, remove and reduce the cooking juice in a pan.

  5. We serve the carved turkey with its sauce and garnish.
