  • 500 g of wheat
  • Water
  • Sal Island
  • 150 g of roast chicken
  • 30 g of green olives
  • 25 g of dried tomatoes in oil
  • Olive oil
  • Dried aromatic herbs
  1. This is the wheat.
  2. We put plenty of water in a saucepan and put it on the fire to make it boil.
  3. We cook the wheat in that water for about 25 minutes. When there are a few minutes left to finish cooking, add the salt.
  4. Drain with a strainer and place in a large bowl.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes.
  6. If we do not have the chopped chicken, we take advantage of this little time to remove the bones and chop it if we consider it necessary.
  7. Add the green olives. If they have bone, we chop them to remove it.
  8. Chop the tomatoes and add them as well.
  9. We add the chicken.
  10. We add extra virgin olive oil and some aromatic herbs.
