Wheat and chicken salad

Ingredients
- 500 g of wheat
- Water
- Sal Island
- 150 g of roast chicken
- 30 g of green olives
- 25 g of dried tomatoes in oil
- Olive oil
- Dried aromatic herbs
Preparation
- This is the wheat.
- We put plenty of water in a saucepan and put it on the fire to make it boil.
- We cook the wheat in that water for about 25 minutes. When there are a few minutes left to finish cooking, add the salt.
- Drain with a strainer and place in a large bowl.
- Let cool for a few minutes.
- If we do not have the chopped chicken, we take advantage of this little time to remove the bones and chop it if we consider it necessary.
- Add the green olives. If they have bone, we chop them to remove it.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them as well.
- We add the chicken.
- We add extra virgin olive oil and some aromatic herbs.
