More than a recipe it is a suggestion to take a healthy and balanced breakfast for the whole family (accompanied by a tea, a coffee, a glass of milk or a hot chocolate). Since I've been having this for breakfast for a few days, I wanted to share it with you... because I'm sure you'll love our blueberry yogurt.

You can customize it depending on your tastes or the fruit you have at home. With natural yogurt, muesli and blueberries it is a delight. But it will also be with Greek yogurt, corn flakes and strawberries.

And if it you shred everything with a mixer or with a kitchen robot you will obtain a Smoothie exquisite.

  • 400 g of natural yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons of muesli
  • About 30 blueberries
  1. We put in the breakfast bowls a layer of yogurt (two tablespoons).
  2. Now put a spoonful of muesli in each bowl, on top of the yogurt.
  3. We put more yogurt back.
  4. We distributed more muesli and blueberries (or diced strawberries, or raspberries...).
