I-Los oatmeal u "oat flakes" ayaziswa kakhulu e-Anglo-Saxon world, futhi avame ukudliwa ngesidlo sasekuseni ngesimo sephalishi elimnandi, kepha ngaphandle kwenkinga (ebusisiwe) iphalishi noma i-poleas esesivele sethule kuyo recetín. Ngivame ukuthenga okwami esigabeni samazwe ngamazwe sesitolo esidumile. Imizuzu engu-2 nohhafu ku-microwave Zizokwanela ama-oat flakes ukuthi anwebe futhi amunce wonke ama-flavour esiwafaka kuketshezi (njengoba kwenza irayisi). Kuhambisana izithelo ezinamanzi okuhlukahlukene (ubhanana, ukhukhunathi, omisiwe, i-apula), noma okusha (ama-strawberry, i-apula, i-olintshi….) kanye / noma nokugcwala uju, isiraphu yoshokholethi… Ngokuthanda komthengi! Kufakwe imicrowave nenguqulo yendabuko.

- Lapho iqala ukubilisa, yehlisa ukushisa, engeza ushukela noju bese upheka kancane imizuzu engu-4, uvuse ngezikhathi ezithile.
