Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes (approximate weight)
- 180 g carrots (approximate weight)
- Water for cooking
- 100 g of pickled gherkins
- 2 cans of tuna
- Sal Island
- 3 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Bread rolls
Preparation
We wash the potatoes and carrots well. We put them in the pressure cooker or in a saucepan and cover with water.
We cook.
We prepare the pickles by chopping them with the knife. We put them in a large bowl.
We also chop the tuna. And we incorporate it into the bowl.
When the carrot is cooked, we peel it and also chop it with the knife. We add it to the previous mixture.
When the potatoes are ready, we also peel them and chop them.
We put the potatoes in the bowl and mix.
We add the mayonnaise and continue mixing.
We keep it in the refrigerator and let it cool.
