If you like the recipes of stuffed eggs, we offer you another different way to eat this delicacy and it is with crab sticks. They are very simple to make and a fun recipe to prepare with the little ones in the house. Surprise with this dish on your menu as a starter packed with protein and with the best properties of the egg.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 8 crab sticks
- A small pot of mayonnaise
- 3-4 tablespoons ketchup
- Half a garlic clove
- A small handful of salt to cook the eggs
Preparation
We put cook the eggs in a small saucepan, covered with water and with a small handful of salt. We will cook them for about 12 minutes. Once cooked we remove the water and let them cool. Later we will peel them.
We take the crab sticks (if they were frozen, previously defrosted) and with a knife we will make very small pieces. We will put the pieces in a bowl.
With the eggs already peeled, the we will split in half. To make them much better, we divide them in the middle but along the egg. We remove the yolks and we separate four pieces to include in the filling and the rest we reserve.
With the help of a small spoon we fill the holes of the eggs with the crab preparation. Let the filling overflow the egg without fear of being well covered.
In the bowl where we have the chopped crab we add the crumbled yolks and half garlic clove into very small pieces.
We add the small pot of mayonnaise and the four tablespoons of ketchup to give that pink color and special flavor to the sauce. We stir and mix everything together.
With the leftover yolks we decorate the surface of the eggs. To do this, we crumble the fingertips with our fingers, so that it is decorative.
