Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 180 g of sugar
- 300 g of liquid cream
- 250 g flour
- The grated skin of a lemon
- A pinch of salt
- 1 envelope of Royal type yeast
Preparation
We put the 3 eggs and the sugar in a bowl.
We mount it with the rods for at least 10 minutes.
We add the cream and continue to mount for two more minutes.

We mix until everything is well integrated.
We put the mixture in a 24 centimeter diameter mold. We sprinkle sugar on the surface.
