In today's post I'm going to show you how my mother cooks potatoes in the microwave. He chops them into thin slices (as if they were for an omelette) and then adds a little onion and a drizzle of oil. So, as is, you put it in the microwave and have them cooking for 13 minutes.
If you are roasting something in the oven at the same time or if you are interested in having a golden color on the surface, put them in in the oven a few minutes and immediately you have them ready, golden and so delicious.
They can be the Garrison perfect for these meatballs or for any meat.
