Russian salad with pickled gherkins

It is starting to get less cold and dishes like today are beginning to be craved: Russian salad.

The one that we propose has an original touch since we are going to put some pieces of pickle and also natural tomato.

Potato, carrot, egg, tomato and pickle we are going to mix them with a Mayonnaise light that we can prepare ourselves.

Ingredients
  • 5 or 6 potatoes
  • Carrots 3
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tomate
  • 6 pickles
  • Mayonnaise
Preparation
  1. We wash the potatoes and, with the knife, we make a cut in the skin.
  2. We do the same with the carrots, wash them and make that little cut.
  3. Cook both potatoes and carrots in boiling water until soft.
  4. In another saucepan we cook three eggs.
  5. Once these ingredients are cooked, we peel and chop them.
  6. We put them in a large bowl.
  7. We prepare other ingredients: a tomato and some pickles.
  8. We wash and peel the tomato and we chop it. We also chop the gherkins. We add both ingredients to the previous bowl.
  9. We mix and add the mayonnaise.
  10. We mix well.
  11. And we serve.
