Apple plumcake without butter or oil

Light plumcake

It's a light apple plumcake because we are not going to put butter or oil in it. The apple and blueberries will give it the juiciness that those fatty ingredients normally provide.

Making it is very simple. We just have to Mix ingredients, put everything in the mold and bake it.

We are going to chop the sugar first so that we can later sprinkle some of it on the surface. My advice is that you incorporate the sugar to the dough at the end, adding more or less according to your tastes. In my case, two tablespoons of that flavored sugar has been enough.

I leave you the link to another low fat recipe: our yogurt cake.
