Sometimes we buy sheets of puff pastry or shortcrust pastry to make savory cakes without thinking that we can make one at home. very simple base that, although it does not have the same characteristics as the previous ones, it serves us wonderfully for this type of preparation.
The one that I propose you only has flour, water, oil and salt. Remains crunchy and it is prepared in a very short time. You can see it in the photos of the step by step.
The baking will be done in two phases: first in white, with a weight on top (I have used dried beans) and then with the filling that we have prepared.
Keep it in mind for your quiches, it is economical and without additives.
