Battered mushrooms

I had never tried them until I visited a tapas bar this weekend. The battered mushrooms fascinated me. I loved biting that crispy batter and feel the juicy texture y and cook until pasta is of the mushrooms. With AIOLI SAUCE or CHEESEThey are yummy.

As a dish they are not bad, but I recommend them as an aperitif or tapa or even as a garnish. It would not be bad either if you stuffed them with their own meat (that of the stem or a few mushrooms that you do not use), you covered them with a BECHAMEL thick and breaded anyway.
