This marinated chicken it is perfect for the little ones. Rich, soft, crunchy ... irresistible if we present it with your favorite sauces and some delicious baked potatoes.
Instead of making these fried chicken nibbles we are going to cook them Baked. They will look great and will be healthier.

Chicken marinated and cooked in the oven
Great recipe for the little ones: soft chicken bites, with a crunchy exterior and full of flavor. Serve them with your favorite sauces.

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
For the marinade:
- The juice of a lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- Fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of oil
To bread:
- 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
We chop the breast chicken and put it in a bowl. We also put the lemon juice, 2 tablespoons and olive oil, the chopped parsley and the garlic clove, also minced, in the bowl.
We leave marinate, in the refrigerator, 12 hours.
After that time we put the breadcrumbs and also the chicken in a bag (if necessary, drained).
We shake the bag to coat the chicken well.
We put that little pieces on greaseproof paper.
Now we have two options, or freeze it to consume another day or bake.
If we choose to freeze, we put the chicken thus spread on that greaseproof paper in the freezer. After a few hours, when it is frozen, we put them in a plastic bag and freeze until the moment we want to cook it.
If we choose to bake, we put the chicken on a baking tray, brush it with extra virgin olive oil and bake. Oven preheated to 200º, for 20 minutes (until golden).
We serve with ketchup, mayonnaise or our favorite sauce.
