Preparing the dough is very simple if you have kneader. If not, mix and knead by hand because it is not complicated. Of course, you have to be patient with the levados. After kneading we will have to wait an hour and, after shaping, another 30 minutes approximately.

- 250 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 100 g butter at room temperature
- 50 g of sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 525 g flour
- 20 g fresh baker's yeast
- 40 butter g
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- We put all the ingredients of the dough, following the order of the list, in the mixer. First the milk, the egg, the butter, the sugar and the salt.
- Also flour and yeast.
- We knead about 8 minutes. We cover with film.
- Let the dough rest for about an hour.
- We put the dough on the counter.
- We spread our dough with a rolling pin forming a rectangle. We spread the 40 g of butter on the surface.
- Over the butter we distribute the sugar.
- Now we put the cinnamon.
- Roll up the longest side to form a roll.
- We put our roll in an oven-safe dish, on a sheet of baking paper.
- Let it rest for about 30 minutes or an hour, until you see that it has doubled its volume.
- We paint the surface of our bun with a little milk and put some sugar sticks on the surface.
- Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 30 minutes.
