Coca-Cola ice cream, more than a soda

This delicious ice cream is extremely sweet and pleasant for really hot days. Surely you have not seen it in any ice cream parlor because it is made from an ingredient with a secret formula: coca cola. This dish is to be made easily and with children, where you can use a large mold or some practical small molds in the shape of a refrigerator. It only has three ingredients, do not think about it and try it.

Ingredients

• 500 ml of coca cola
• 150 gr of condensed milk
• 200 ml of cold whipping cream

Preparation

1. In a bowl we will whip the cream cold until fully assembled. We can do it by hand with the help of some rods or with a hand mixer. We put the cream aside.
2. In a bowl we put the 500 ml of coca cola, we add the 150 g of condensed milk. We stir with a few rods until the two ingredients are completely dissolved.
3. We add the cream and we stir again, but this time with enveloping movements so that the volume of the cream does not drop.
4. We prepare a container or small refrigerators and we dump the mixture or fill the molds.
5. We put the ice cream mixture in the freezer. After an hour we will go stirring the mixture to undoing the crystals that they are forming. After another hour we do the same again, and so on until it is completely frozen.
