Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 yogurt
  • 2 cups of sugar yogurt
  • 3 cups of plain yogurt
  • 8 gr. or half sachet of baking powder
  • 1 glass of olive oil yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs well until they become frothy and whitish. Then we add the sugar little by little, without stopping beating. Now add the yogurt, oil and vanilla essence. We unite everything well with the blender.

  2. Sift the flour and yeast together and add it to the egg mixture in three or four times, mixing gently with a spatula or wooden spoon and always in the same direction.

  3. With a spoon we fill the capsules or molds of the muffins without the dough reaching the edge, slightly exceeding two thirds of the capacity.

  4. We cook the muffins in a preheated oven for about 20 or 25 minutes or until we insert a toothpick and it comes out dry.

  5. While the muffins are baking, prepare the batter. To do this, melt the butter and separately mix the sugar with the cinnamon.

  6. As soon as we take the muffins out of the oven, brush them with the melted butter and coat them in the sugar.

  7. We let cool on a rack and we can enjoy them.
