- 120 g flour

- Put the flour, yeast, cornstarch and sugar in a bowl.
- We add the crushed nuts.
- We mix.
- Add the milk and butter.
- We begin to integrate everything, first with a wooden spoon or a spatula and then with our hands.
- We form a roll with the dough.
- We cut slices of approximately ½ centimeter.
- We are placing the cookies on one or two oven trays covered with baking paper.
- Bake at 180º for approximately 15 minutes.
