Ingredients

  • Biscuits or small toasts
  • 1 loaf of fuet
  • 8 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small spring onion
  • 2 pickles in vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Perrins sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet mustard
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. We proceed to remove the skin of the fuet or we leave it if the skin is of natural origin. We also peel and clean the spring onion

  2. We wash the tomatoes. Ideally chop all ingredients very finely, but if we have a kitchen robot it will be much easier to make this recipe,

  3. in the robot Add the fuet in pieces, the onion cut into four parts, the pickles, the tomatoes, the Perrins sauce and the mustard. We mix everything with the chopping function. If it is a Thermomix we program 30 seconds at speed 7.
