If your little ones don't like fish very much, I suggest you prepare these croquettes. They carry hake and also hard-boiled egg and I assure you that they will not be able to resist.
I have made them with hake but you can substitute it for salmon or by other fish you have. If your fish is raw, as in my case, you can cook it in the milk itself with which you will make the dough for the croquettes.
What do you have leftover fish from another meal? Well, clean it well and put it already cooked in your dough. You will get some great croquettes of exploitation.
Hake and hard-boiled egg croquettes

Ingredients
- 100 butter g
- 100 g flour
- 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
- Aromatic herbs
- Sal Island
- 2 frozen hake fillets
- 2 eggs
Preparation
In a saucepan we put water, the hard-boiled eggs and a little salt. We put it on fire.
We put the milk in another saucepan, together with the hake, and heat it.
We put the butter in a pan and put the pan on the fire.
When it is melted, add the flour and sauté it for a few minutes.
We add the milk, little by little, without stopping to stir. We add the aromatic herbs and salt.
When the béchamel has thickened, add the hake, already cooked, in small pieces.
We continue with the cooking.
When the eggs are cooked, we peel them and chop them. We also add them to our béchamel sauce.
We mix well.
We put the extended dough on a tray that we will have covered before with baking paper. We let it cool, first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator.
Once cold we form the croquettes with a couple of spoons. We pass them through beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
And now we only have to fry them in plenty of sunflower oil.
