Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 200 g of cod crumbs
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Half a glass of white wine
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Olive oil

- Wheat
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
Preparation
We prepare a plate with the two beaten eggs. We prepare another dish with wheat flour. We heat a frying pan with olive oil.
We peel and wash the potatoes. We cut them into 1 centimeter slices and we salt them on both sides.
We spread the potatoes in flour and then in egg. We put them in the pan when it has heated up. We let it fry and when we see that the egg is browning, we we turn the potato so that the other side browns. We take out the potatoes on a plate as they are coated and fried.
We cast 40 g olive oil in a large frying pan and heat it up. Peel the onion, cut it finely into julienne strips and add it to the pan. We let it sauté for 3 minutes.
We add the cod cut into pieces and we let it all brown together.
We add a tablespoon of flour and stir. We add half a glass of water and we stir again so that it is mixed. We let it cook 1 minute and we add the potatoes on top.
We add half a glass of white wine and cover with water.
In a mortar, we pour the 4 minced garlic and we crush them. We add it to the potatoes. We let it cook until the potatoes are soft.
When the potatoes are ready, remove and serve. Can garnish with fresh parsley.
