This cake is a marvel. In 10 minutes we will have a delicious snack ready to serve as a starter. Its preparation is also quick and you just have to put the mixture in a mold suitable for the microwave and wait for the cake to be made without making much effort. To complete this recipe we have accompanied it with a simple pink sauce.

Microwave surimi cake

Ingredients
- 12 surimi sticks
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of Philadelphia type cheese spread
- 70 ml whole milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- Ground black pepper
- Sal Island
- A tablespoon of oil to spread in the mold
- 4 tablespoons of pink sauce
Preparation
Finely chop the surimi sticks and we separate them. To do it quickly we can also chop it for a few seconds in a food processor.
In a bowl we put the two eggs and we beat them well. We add the 70 ml of milk whole, the 100 g of cream cheeser, add salt to taste and a little black pepper. Mix well until you see no lumps.
We add the crab chopped, the chopped parsley and the spoonful of garlic powder. We mix.
We prepare a round mold or elongated rectangular. We will grease it with a tablespoon of oil and pour the surimi mixture inside.
We put it in the microwave oven and we schedule it for 10 minutes at maximum power.
We serve it warm and we will accompany it with pink sauce.
