Mini butter and chocolate cookies

Chocolate cookies

Today we are going to prepare some mini cookies they are a show. Children love them, for their taste and perhaps also for the chocolate chips that are in each one.

We are going to use chocolate fondant, fifty grams of the typical tablet of more than 50% cocoa. By chopping/grating it with a knife we will obtain pieces of various sizes, some larger, others smaller... which are phenomenal with the butter and cream mass that we will have previously prepared.

I have done them forming little balls with the hands, about 5 centimeters. But, if you want to be more precise, you can spread the dough and shape your cookies using cookie cutters.

One more thing... if you have leftover chocolate and you have raisins at home, do not hesitate to prepare these chocolate dipped raisins.
