Mussel lasagna and other preserves

The union of pasta with pickled mussels is always spectacular. And if not, try this one. canned mussel lasagna, an original recipe that everyone will like.

We can make the béchamel ourselves or even buy it already ready. We are going to prepare the filling basically with cans canned. I have added a few pieces of battered fish that we had left over from yesterday's dinner, but you can not put it.

We will assemble the lasagna like we always do, alternating layers of bechamel, pasta, filling... and we will finish with a generous layer of bechamel and a few pieces of mozzarella or, if you prefer, with your favorite grated cheese.

Ingredients

• 1 can of canned salmon
• 1 can of tuna
• 1 can of pickled mussels
• A few pieces of fish (hake or other)
• 1200 g of béchamel
• A few sheets of overcooked lasagna pasta
• 1 ball of mozzarella

Preparation

1. Prepare the filling by putting the drained salmon, the drained tuna, the mussels with the canned liquid in a bowl.

2. If we want, we add the fish pieces.

3. We mix well.

4. Put a little béchamel in an ovenproof dish.

5. On it we put some sheets of lasagna.

6. We distribute half of the filling.

7. We put a little béchamel on this filling.

8. We repeat these steps.

9. We finished with pasta and béchamel.

10. We chop the mozzarella and put it on the surface.

11. Bake at 180º for approximately 30 minutes.
