Do you like artichokes? Today we are going to do it with pasta and with some anchovies. You'll see how good they look.
We will clean the artichokes as always, removing the internal beard (if they have it) and we will cut them into slices. We are going to cook them in the pan itself where then we will finish making the dish so choose a large one and, if possible, with a lid.
If you have leftover artichokes you can prepare them fried and with this apple pate… A show.
