- 4 eggs
- 130 g of sugar
- 170 g of wheat flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 or 5 small pears add small cubes

- In a bowl we add the 4 eggs and the 130 g of sugar, With the help of a wire mixer we will mix it until it forms a fluffy and whitish mass.
- We add carefully and without removing the yogurt and two tablespoons of olive oil.
- We add the wheat flour along with the envelope of baking powder. In this step we can pour it with the help of a sieve so that no lumps are strained.
