Ingredients

Preparation
In a bowl we add the 4 eggs and the 130 g of sugar, With the help of a wire mixer we will mix it until it forms a fluffy and whitish mass.
We add carefully and without removing the yogurt and two tablespoons of olive oil.
We add the wheat flour along with the envelope of baking powder. In this step we can pour it with the help of a sieve so that no lumps are strained.
With the help of a spatula we mix the dough with enveloping movements, giving volume in each turn so that the fluffiness of the dough does not decrease.
We add the pear pieces and we continue mixing in the same way, without lowering the volume.
We prepare a mold that can be baked, in my case I have added a piece of baking paper to the bottom so that later it can be removed much better. We put it in the oven to 180 ° about 30 minutes.
