Ingredients
- 10 round bread rolls
- 1 cebolla great
- 50 ml of aceite oliva
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 ml of soy sauce
- 25 ml of balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon grated or powdered fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 60 ml water
Preparation
Peel and clean the onion. we cut it into very small pieces. Prepare a large deep frying pan and add the 50 ml of aceite oliva.
Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, 50 g of sugar, 50 ml of soy sauce, 1/4 grated ginger, 1/4 ground black pepper and 25 ml of balsamic vinegar to the pan. We remove everything well.
We cut the sirloin sliced pork Add salt to the pieces and place them on top of the prepared mixture, cover with water the meate, about 60 ml.
We put it on the fire and let it come to a boil. Cover it, lower the heat and let it cook for 1 hour.
We will be observing from time to time that the mixture does not diminish in liquid, if so, we add a little, since in its final result there must be a little liquid sauce.
When the time is up, the meat will be very soft. Remove the meat, chop it up and fill the bites.
