Ingredients

• 150 gr of arugula
• 100 gr of Iberian ham
• 8-10 mozzarella pearls
• 200 gr of strawberries
• Buy
• Salt Maldom
• Black pepper
• Balsamic cream of modena

Preparation

1. Clean and chop the strawberries and leave them reserved.

2. In a bowl, add the arugula, the strawberries, the slices of Iberian ham and the mozzarella pearls.

3. Add a little pepper, Maldom salt, a good olive oil and a drizzle of Modena vinegar cream.
