Spaghetti with tomato sauce and anchovies

Tomato sauce and anchovies

Today we prepare some spaghetti with a tomato sauce and anchovies. We will use tomato pulp and fill it with flavor with a little garlic, some anchovies and some basil leaves.

It is a very simple recipe because while the pasta is cooking in a saucepan, we will prepare the sauce in a pan. Actually that is the advantage of pasta dishes, that although they prepare soon, the result is exceptional.

We have used canned tomato pulp but if you have a lot of tomatoes at home, do not hesitate to use natural tomato pulp.
