Today we prepare some spaghetti with a tomato sauce and anchovies. We will use tomato pulp and fill it with flavor with a little garlic, some anchovies and some basil leaves.
It is a very simple recipe because while the pasta is cooking in a saucepan, we will prepare the sauce in a pan. Actually that is the advantage of pasta dishes, that although they prepare soon, the result is exceptional.
We have used canned tomato pulp but if you have a lot of tomatoes at home, do not hesitate to use natural tomato pulp.
- Water for cooking pasta
- 320 g spaghetti
- 2 cloves of garlic
- About 5 anchovies
- Some basil leaves
- A jar of tomato pulp (400 grams)
- Sal Island
- We put plenty of water in a saucepan. We put it on the fire.
- When it starts to boil, add salt and add the pasta.
- We cook the time indicated on the package.
- While the water heats up and we cook the pasta, we are going to prepare the sauce.
- Put the oil, garlic, anchovies and basil in a pan. We braise
- Add the tomato pulp and salt.
- Let cook for a few minutes.
- In about ten minutes we will have our sauce ready and we will also have the pasta cooked. If we want, we remove the garlic cloves.
- Slightly drain the pasta and immediately put it in our pan.
- Mix well and serve immediately.
