It is kept in the refrigerator and served cold. If you want you can accompany it with a ball of cream and vanilla ice cream. It looks great on you.
Sweet stale bread and nectarines
With a little stale bread we are going to make a delicious sweet.

Ingredients
- 150 g of stale bread
- 100g milk
- 100 g of water
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of sugar and a little more for the surface
- 440 g of nectarine (weight without stones)
Preparation
We cut the stale bread.
We put it in a bowl.
Moisten the bread by adding the milk and water.
In another bowl we put the eggs and sugar.
We beat.
Add the bread and mix.
Now add the fruit and integrate everything.
We put our mixture in a mold about 22 centimeters in diameter. We grease it before if necessary.
With a spoon we compact it well and sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of sugar on the surface.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 30 minutes.
