Even if we don't have a scale, we can make a lemon cake Very simple using tablespoons and teaspoons as a measure.
We will need 3 eggs and 2 lemons. Then we will only use a couple of spoons (a tureen and another for dessert) to measure the rest of the ingredients: 10 tablespoons of sugar, 12 of flour… you have everything described in the recipe card.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 10 tablespoons sugar
- 12 tablespoons flour
- 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons (the skin and the juice)
- 2 teaspoons Royal type yeast
Preparation
We put the eggs and sugar in a bowl. We beat them with the mixer or with the rods.
We add the oil, 12 tablespoons.
We incorporate the flour.
Grate the skin of the lemons and add it to the previous mixture. We also add the juice.
We mix everything well.
We add the yeast and continue mixing.
We grease a crown mold of about 24 centimeters in diameter.
We distribute the mixture that we have prepared in the greased mold.
Bake at 180º for 40 or 45 minutes, until done.
