Fritters with the stew meat

For not always reconverting leftover meat from the stew (o soup, as in my land it is called) in Croquetas, I propose to convert it into some succulent donuts. It does not matter if you mix chicken with beef, it will be exquisite and with all the flavor of the stew. Below I propose an accompaniment for these fritters and you already have the food raised, but to the consumer's taste.
