Simple pasta recipes are the best. The most important thing in them is to have good ingredients. In this case we have chosen some mushrooms of dark color that more and more are in the market.

A very simple pasta recipe in which mushrooms are the stars.

Ingredients

330 g of mushrooms (weight of the cleaned mushrooms =
320 g spaghetti
2 teaspoons oregano
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Pepper

Preparation

We clean the mushrooms and chop them.
We put water in a saucepan and put it on the fire.
We prepare a frying pan separately. We put the oil and two crushed garlic cloves and put it on the fire.
After three or four minutes we add the mushrooms. Sauté them with garlic.
When the water starts to boil, add the salt and then the spaghetti.
Once the mushrooms are cooked, remove the garlic cloves. We salt the mushrooms.
When the spaghetti are cooked, we drain them slightly and put them in the pan where we have the mushrooms.
We now add the oregano and the freshly ground pepper.
We integrate everything well and serve immediately.
