Zosakaniza
  • Kolifulawa 1 kakang'ono (500 g pafupifupi)
  • 1,5 malita a madzi

  • 200 g tchizi womwe umasungunuka bwino mu magawo kapena grated (emmental, semi kapena tender manchego ...)
Kukonzekera
  1. Timatsuka kolifulawa ndikuchotsa ma florets.
  2. Timakonza mphika ndi madzi ndi mchere pang'ono ndikuphika maluwa mpaka atakhala ofewa. Zimatengera kukula komwe tidadulira, koma pafupifupi mphindi 10-15 (ngati mumazikonda kwambiri kapena pang'ono).
  3. Tikazikonda (titha kuzipukusa ndi mpeni kapena foloko kuti tiwone ngati zili zofewa) khetsani bwino ndikuyiyika poto pamoto wapakati.
  4. Timayika masoseji osenda pamwamba.
  5. Kenako timathira mchere pang'ono, kirimu, tsabola ndi nutmeg ndi tchizi (kwa ine zidadulidwa tchizi), zodulidwa kapena grated.
  6. Tikusonkhezera ndikuphika mpaka tchizi usungunuke ndikuphatikizana bwino ndi zonona. Muyenera kusuntha mosamala kwambiri kuti musanyeke kolifulawa, yomwe imakhala yosakhwima kwambiri mukaphika.
  7. Timatumikira ndi owaza parsley kapena oregano (mwakufuna).
